Real Estate Wholesaler Questions About Building a Buyers List and More

I just enrolled in your Analyzed Deals program today and I've
been looking it over.

My first question is this:
For all my buyers to be added to my list, do they proceed through
the free course process? Maybe they don't need the course.
No, they do not need to go through the free course page.

However, right now the only "proven-to-work" ad system I have set up in BETA is the one for the FREE course. I do have other ads that I use and that work, but none that are setup for you to just copy and paste the ad to start building your buyers list with... YET. I do plan on making those available, but want to work out all the kinks in the current system before I make several variations of the system available for everyone.
I am constantly testing the effectiveness of that Free Course and distressed property list page and publishing the results of my tests here:

That's great news! If you are really serious about your business, you will keep your own buyers list as well. We do allow you to export all those that sign up for the buyers you generate using our system (there is a link to do that in the Wholesaler Control Panel).
What do I tell Mark? ?? Go request this free course to get on my list?
If it were me, I would not present it that way. I would let him know that he can also get on this list if he wants and that you can sign him up for it (just sign him up using your link). But you can keep him to yourself if you want as well on your private list. The advantage of having him on our list is that we do keep in regular contact with our lists (at least once a week) and you may not be at a point where you will do that.

Wholesaling Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
August 18th, 2008On Friday I sent out an e-mail to our investors and asked them what I could do to help.
They replied and I answered their questions over the weekend. Here are the questions and replies:

In that same e-mail I promised that I would share with some of them a real estate course for contributing, but quite honestly I did not expect that many people would reply. So, instead of individually picking one or two people to give a course to, I decided to give away a course to everyone.
For the next week or first 100 downloads (whichever comes first), you can download a zipped copy of the real estate course "Real Estate Investor Daily Training: Volume #1". In this audio I actually explain how I generated over 100 motivated sellers calls in about a week and listen in as I train Connie, who worked in my office at the time, how to call these sellers, what to say and how to say it.

Questions About Real Estate Agent Commissions, Finding Investors and Finding Deals

So, login and build your own buyers list to 30 people using the proven-to-work ads for building your buyers list.
